I graduated after 5 years of studying a Bachelor of Science degree from the British School of Osteopathy in 2009.
My previous career was in the health and fitness industry where I worked as a fitness instructor, a personal trainer and in management. I was also a rower and have competed in National Championships and Henley. I am a qualified and passionate skier, having been an instructor for some years.
This led to a good understanding of sporting injuries and rehabilitation, and began my interest in the relationship between the structure, function and the overall health of the body, leading me naturally to be an osteopath.
I moved to the Notley area of Essex and began my own business as well as commuting and working for Stowmarket Osteopaths, a group practice in Suffolk.
I treat a wide variety of patients, with acute and chronic medical conditions. My patients encompass a range of people from farmers, sportsmen to office workers, children and to the elderly. I have a keen interest in treating complex health conditions and the elderly.
I am studying Bio-dynamic osteopathy and I am currently studying a health and nutrition diploma,
My approach is direct, providing you with an honest appraisal and explanation of your problems and will support you on your journey to recovery, using a mixture of techniques including massage, inhibition, cranial, fascial, articulation, manipulation, Acupuncture and Taping.
